My specialty at Just What The Doctor Ordered is making sure we bill your claims correctly and timely. I have been with JWTDO since June 2004. My hobbies are scrap booking, walking, and just being outside. I have one child James who just turned 4. Good customer service is pretty much what we are supposed to do, we must be nice at all time's, smile and remember why we are here.

Hobbies: family, learning new things and anything sports, mostly watching and coaching these days.
Simply put.. if my customers aren't happy then I am not happy. We understand that our referral sources and our patients have many choices when it comes to home medical equipment, so when they choose JWTDO I make it a personal goal to make them happy with their choice. We have come to be known as the place you can get just about everything you can possibly need and we like it that way. My personal pledge to you is that if you are unhappy in any aspect of your dealings with JWTDO you can call me directly and I will personally make it right.

It is my goal at JWTDO to treat every customer with respect and dignity. If my customer leaves or hangs up the phone feeling like he or she is the only customer I deal with then I've done my job. However, the end of the one-on-one interaction with the customer is not the end of my customer service role. Follow through is key to keeping our customers coming back and referring us to others.

Ken Neighbors is a Board Certified Orthotist with over 4000 hours of clinical patient care and management. Certified by both the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics and the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification.

With thirteen years plus of experience in the HME business and over twenty in Office Administration, I now have a passion for assisting our senior population.
My hobbies include enjoying our children, grandchildren and a diabetic miniature schnauser named Max. I also enjoy volunteering and working with our church ministries.

I live in Centralia, MO with my husband, Kevin, and my 6 month old son Lincoln. For the past 5 years I have worked in Orthopedics as a Nursing Assistant and Cast Technician. I have worked in the healthcare field for the last 13 years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. Family is an important part of my life. I have 2 older brothers and one younger brother, 2 of whom are in the service. I have 3 nephews, 2 nieces, and one more on the way. We camp and boat alot in the summer.

Customer service is important to me. I have received terrible service before and I know how it made me feel. I truly do believe in the Golden Rule, " Do unto others as you would want done to you." I try my very best to implement this every minute of every day…whether I am at work or going to the store.

I am a central Missouri native and currently live in Ashland. I enjoy spending my free time with my friends and family. Summer time BBQ's are my favorite! I have more than 5 years of medical office experience with 10+ years of customer service. I am currently CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certified and actively participate in the local AAPC chapter. With that being said, customer service is my number one goal, each and every day! If you aren't happy, than I am not happy and it is my personal goal to make each and every experience that you have with JWTDO a pleasant one!
